Pros
There's not really any pros to working here. I guess it's good enough if you're incredibly desperate for a job, but still recommend looking for other places because of how miserable it can be at LabVantage.
Cons
Most position are underpaid, with workloads being incredibly stressful. It's basically impossible to grow here as well due to the ridiculous politics in the workplace, as well as having to deal with toxic managers that drag employees down in order to fulfill their own agendas.
