Some managers are indifferent, some are incompetent - Associate Software Engineer LabVantage Employee Review

The rest of the management are people who either don't care or are not competent enough to lead the employees. But since the problematic managers compromise majority of the leadership, the overall experience of the most employees here at LabVantage are not positive. The salary is also awful, and the benefits are mediocre at best.
