      Pros

      none. SCAM. Phishes direct hire job listing, then cold calls and emails candidates (aggressively I may add) to try and get commissions. If you do a little research on the job description, you find out you could apply directly to the company!! This is a SCAM for commission!!

      Cons

      They email and call you incessantly to try to get you for a job you are not even remotely qualified for. Obviously they don't even read your resume, they are just email spamming lists of candidates!
