This is my 18th year of employment at LasikPlus. I've been able to grow within the company, and therefore serve in a number of different roles. What I love most is the honor of participating both directly and indirectly with our patient's decision to undergo a life changing procedure and forever losing their dependence on glasses and contacts. When a patient gets up from the laser and "sees" for the first time, the beauty of this moment never gets old. Lots of ability for growth if you're open minded, check your ego at the door, and are committed to our people and our patients. Great pay, incentive opportunity, benefits, and a life/work balance mindset.
Cons
Horizontal leadership is challenging only when it relates to project management. When everyone has their hands in everything, having one 'go to' person can solve a myriad of troubles around communication and delegation.
