      Pros

      LasikPlus is very team driven and maintains a very friendly, yet professional place to work. The job is very rewarding and allows for personal and career growth. My supervisors and fellow team members encourage a learning and teaching atmosphere.

      I have a long commute and spend too much money on gas.

      Clear goals, good training, great management, incentives and bonuses, solid purpose.

      Cons

      limited growth opportunities. Salary capped.

      Local doctors were great. Beautiful facility.

      Corporate wasn't great and started making mandatory 2 Saturdays a month to new employees
