Pros
The best part about working here has been the pride of helping kids reach their potential and truly being able to believe in the product that we put out.
Cons
Some poor decision making lead us to financial difficulties, multiple rounds of layoff, and finally to being acquired by our biggest competitor. Future of the brand and everything I have taken pride with working here is questionable at this point. I fear for a decline in quality and innovation.
