the company provides lots of content and training course on HQ site (Fr), the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams worldwide is a great network builder, despite being a French company English is the official language, although if you speak also french the interactions with c-level will be very open.
Cons
Local offices in Brazil are small and careless, with an old fashion mindset of managers that jeopardizes the need for a new approach to the market and existing clients inconsistent with HQ culture, causes client friction and non-alignment with company world strategy
