Thank you for taking the time to write a review and we are sorry for the delay in responding to you. We are disappointed to receive your comments about working at Leonardo. We regularly benchmark our employment practices to ensure they support our employees and create a high performing environment. Like many organisations these were adapted following the pandemic to reflect a more flexible, employee led approach, while at the same time we continued to invest in our employees benefits. Our approach to this was recognised by Investors in People in 2023 where we won the Best Flexible Working Policy Award. Whilst we work hard to ensure a positive employee relations environment for all our of employees we respect the right of people to challenge this at times and our record at Employment Tribunals is public record.
