Pros

Totally divorced from the company itself, but very good people on the ground level, none of whom work here anymore thankfully.

Cons

I began looking for a new job within about two months. It quickly became apparent that I was lied to about the role I was hired for. I was put on a number of projects that were a poor match for my skill set, then without training or time (and certainly no discussion of compensation), I was expected to move into totally foreign territory. I tried many times to bring attention the many issues I was facing. My feedback was soundly ignored. The clearest example I can recall being that my department was severely understaffed, leading to too much work falling on my plate. I’m a very efficient worker. I was consistently ahead of deadlines in my job before this, as well as in my job now. At Levelwing, though, due to the amount and frequency of work, it was impossible to keep up. I expressed many times that I felt we were understaffed. Nothing changed, and instead blame was placed on me, because apparently consistently working late and through weekends wasn’t enough. I common line I heard (that even seems to persist in the replies on this site) is that Levelwing is constantly in flux, always changing. Sure, things were a little messy before, but we’ve improved and in fact we’re constantly improving. This is a lie designed to avoid accountability, something the upper management is very good at doing. This company has not changed and I have no faith that it will under current leadership.

Thank you for taking the time to review and sharing your perspective. I would hope for anyone to have a different perception than you articulated; yet as you mentioned, you were at the business a very short period of time. We work diligently to ensure clear job roles; further there is no shaming nor nepotism, and compensation is determined prior to anyone’s hiring. That’s the field of vision I can provide as fact. We have a lot of talented people in our company, and we want to engage with people on an ongoing basis who share the purpose and values we embrace. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Human Resources team.

Pros

You are going to get nothing out of working here other than a shortened lifespan due to how stressed out you’ll constantly be.

Cons

The company is run by people who have no concern for anyone’s well-being. Employees are treated as if they exist only to serve the whims of management. Impossible demands are piled on constantly, and even minor mistakes trigger shouting. This place is toxic, and anyone considering it should run the other way.
