Pros
Compensation is definitely commensurate with market values in the area maybe on the higher end. Though benefits are the not the best I've received of all my jobs. Work duties range from the abysmally dull to the super exciting cutting edge big projects with high visibility within the company. Its a mix of everything. There's definitely positive if you know how to navigate the occasional negative.
Cons
Management is a bit disorganized at times. Everything is a priority (so basically nothing is really a priority over anything else). Too many formalities are broken on a whim and poor decisions that adversely affect the company are made by many people from software developers all the way up to upper management. This can be frustrating at times and make it difficult to produce a reliable environment.
