Pros
The people are a community. There is always someone there that is willing to teach you a way to do something better. I've had about 7 different unofficial mentors and each has made me better. Benefits and PTO is great. I started with a good amount of PTO. There is no shortage of work opportunities, you wanna grow in a direction there is training and job opportunities to work towards it. Flexible with my life, I can work when it's optimal for me as long as I get the job done.
Cons
There are some old fashioned mangers in some departments who micromanage. But it's not every department. Pay is competitive but there are company's that will pay better for the same work/position.
