Pros

Competitive salary & fridge benefits. Pleasant, intelligent colleagues to work with. Plenty of travel. Big budgets for business development. Quite aggressive & dynamic investment approach to new markets & products.

Cons

Sometimes management is a bit short sighted & can’t “see the wood for the trees” & understand the sales cycles in Asia & corporate processes are longer than European / US ones. The single BIGGEST problem at LNRS is how their internal legal department has a stifling hold on the ability & speed in which Sales department can do business. The delays caused & steer operational processes or getting the correct legal paper from LNRS legal department is as hard & almost as time consuming as getting the client in the first place. Huge frustration. Wake up LNRS! You’re hurting yourself.

Pros

The company has a strong market position and the work is genuinely meaningful. The data and risk solutions space is interesting and the business has real substance behind it. Colleagues are generally knowledgeable and willing to help when you can find the right people.

Cons

Onboarding is largely sink-or-swim. New hires inherit work in progress without adequate context, documentation, or ramp-up support. Access to the tools, data, and systems you need to do your job can take weeks to materialize, which puts you behind before you even get started. There’s an expectation of immediate execution without the infrastructure to support it, and little formal process for how campaigns or projects are handed off.
