Business Outlook
Pros
Great company culture that allows for work/life balance, hybrid environment, fun social opportunities weekly with lunches and happy hours as well as annual events. The work is a hustle and there's never a lack of things to do or ways to contribute which I enjoy.
Cons
It has taken us awhile to hone in on our vision and priorities and I feel like we're there so it's time to hit the ground running. We lost a lot of team members due to layoffs and are operating with a lean team with minimal plans to hire. This year is a make or break year for the company so my con would be business outlook.
