Pros

For me, the best part is working with smart, passionate people. I get to work on interesting and challenging work that has a real impact both locally, but globally too. There are great perks and benefits offered - lunch provided, flexible uncapped leave and ability to work from anywhere in the world for up to 60 days a year!

Cons

It lives up to its name, Lightspeed is fast paced and constantly changing so not the right place for people who like stable and consistent workplaces!

Pros

Flexible hours, unlimited PTO, in a position to really grow after a few really rough years.

Cons

Too many "yes" people near the top. VPs and directors want certain things done that they assume it will get done even if you show them hard evidence that it's not possible. If you give them a time line, they assume you can do it In half the time which is not how I work. Also there is a lot of " the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing"
