too focused on their RPO & banking, not enough support to account managers bringing in new business outside of finance. too many distractions in the office

The internal vibe of our team is not like one I have ever experienced in my 20 years in the workforce. All of our team members respect each other and learn from each other and truly enjoy collaborating on projects. There is a flexible schedule and remote work to help balance the never ending work / life scale. We laugh - We eat - We are involved in the community and in each others lives. That is inside the office. Outside I feel honored to represent such a well respected organization. What has been created by management here at Linium spills out to their reputation in the community

Cons

We have no self control around each other when it comes to food. #foodislife in suite 302
