    - National presence
    - Not micromanaged
    - Sincerely excited for you when things go your way.
    - Great time to get in with the organization as the firm is undergoing a ton of positive changes.

    Cons

Every company has its cons.. often times employees just don’t want to state them.

    -Disconnects

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees to take on more responsibility.
Encourage personal branding and offer a more clear structure of advancement from within outside of just making more money.

I have been working at Linium Recruiting full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The internal vibe of our team is not like one I have ever experienced in my 20 years in the workforce. All of our team members respect each other and learn from each other and truly enjoy collaborating on projects.

There is a flexible schedule and remote work to help balance the never ending work / life scale. We laugh - We eat - We are involved in the community and in each others lives. That is inside the office. Outside I feel honored to represent such a well respected organization. What has been created by management here at Linium spills out to their reputation in the community

    Cons

We have no self control around each other when it comes to food. #foodislife in suite 302

    Advice to Management

Keep staying engaged and leading by example. Keep your positive attitude and mentorship like approach and we are going to keep rocking it!!
