Pros

You just need a job to get by and many of the staff, "non-leaders", are very descent hard working people. Some of the consultants, again," non-leaders", are nice people however they are very inaccessible so it makes little difference.

Cons

Where do I begin. This is one of the most dysfunctional companies I or anyone I know, have ever worked at. Management has propped up a caste system that is impossible to penetrate and it is all based on a very simple system of nepotism (hiring of blood relations), schmoozing, sucking up and hiring practices that encourage people to form their little cliques and loyalties. Needless to say, merit and intelligence means very little at Linkage. Think of it more as a nice little family run business. Unfortunately, I completely agree with the other reviews, so no need to repeat what is said.... If you are not a consultant, don't expect to get paid a descent salary, because you are seen as expendable. If you are in Sales, you are a Veteran if you last more than 6 months. Don't expect to get any descent training because even though its a training/consulting company, they don't bother to use it on support/sales staff because as far as management is concerned they are "low cost and expendable people"...which I am repeating verbatim!

Pros

Linkage had a great work-life balance. It was very people-first and management supported everyone during COVID with virtual support. The culture was virtual first, and they did it so well!

Cons

I didn't have a con.
