      The management don’t care about your well-being, you’re made to feel guilty if you do not want to do overtime and stick to your contracted hours.

      Pros

      Linkage had a great work-life balance. It was very people-first and management supported everyone during COVID with virtual support. The culture was virtual first, and they did it so well!
