      Pros

      Small company feel. Flat organization. Great compensation and benefits Employees and customers matter more than company profits. Amazing culture and people. The office space is super nice and in a great area of Philadelphia.

      Free food and soda, unlimited pto, 2.5x overtime pay, education reimbursement, paid MacBook, paid relocation, housing assistance

      Cons

      Poor training, punished for leaving office at end of shift improperly without any lockdown procedure training. Reported security concern but fired for not reporting it properly, although it was reported to the security team. Promised promotion after 1 year and management ignored me following up on that. If you work there and leave a bad review on here they threaten your employment unless you remove the review. Mansgement call people sex offenders without proof.
