The management is based on a "Good ol' Boy" system, meaning the CEO hires all of his buddies as senior management, regardless of their actual ability to manage. The CEO spends more time touring Europe on his motorcycle than he does running the company, and it shows. Employee moral cannot possibly get any lower and new employees are leaving after only a few months of employment. Linode has huge potential to be a great place to work but that will only happen when the current management is removed.
