Pros

Onboarding is very detailed and well thought. Many career-wise opportunities for growth and learn, in-house learning "academy" with many resources.

Cons

Initial trainings can be overwhelming as you are also trying to learn the ropes of your position. Atm the preference is Hybrid-work, which doesn't work for everyone. Diff time zones within teams can make it tricky to set an appropriate schedule that doesn't burn you out.

The individuals who have been brought together by this company

Cons

Where do I start? Toxic work environment which everything you do will be controlled, watched and scrutinized. They will lay you off without warning, put you on a pip yet very little training. The company gets scrutinized by its product & support. Unrealistic quotas and toxic management coming from the top down. No job security.
