Pros
Reading the reviews I have had a different experience than others here clearly. While the culture is fast paced, the organization is leading in AI delivery and teams here are making a difference. The return of the CEO has been a positive and his understanding of the market, communication, and leadership has been great. The engineering organization is leading in all areas of the business and while there is still a good deal of technical debt across products I feel like we are making solid progress and delivering new solutions to the market. There is a high degree of accountability here which I understand some in the organization don't like but I feel like I have clear direction and am empowered to make decisions and I appreciate that leadership has taken care of high performers in the organization with good career growth.
Cons
There is still some legacy thinking in teams as the company has acquired a lot of new companies but that attitude has been changing. The pace of the organization is rapid but where is not these days.
