Thank you for your feedback. Our desire is to never make a team member feel like there is no communication. In fact, we ask that if there is a problem that our employees alert us immediately. Our team of managers recognize that the busyness of work can make it hard for employees to feel like they are being heard, but we assure you our number one concern is our employees. We know that without each employee we cannot assist clients.

I love the people that I get to work with. The team is so helpful and attentive to the needs of their agents.

Cons

Not a lot of hours for part-time

Pros

Flexible schedule, you can select the hours you are able to work; fellow employees can post shifts they can't fulfill and you can request to pick them up for additional hours

Cons

You really only get about 10 hours a week, unless there is a special event for the client and you can pick up a few more. It's hard to get over 15 hours a week.
