      Pros

      There is still some talent there, but without significant change they will be gone as well (sooner rather than later).

      Cons

      Ongoing turnover, the amount of turnover of customer facing personnel is unheard of, the number one customer has lost nearly every person that had interaction with that customer with most leaving of their own accord. The mindset continues to be, if you speak up, you will be eliminated leading to less than stellar morale. Employees see the lack of new work coming in and most have been seeking other jobs for some time now.

      Pros

      When working here, I was constantly challenged and grew a lot in my career, but most of this was self imposed. If you enjoy free reigns and are self disciplined this will work perfectly for you. The people make this company what it is.

      Cons

      There is no direction and no communication. If you are looking for guidance I would recommend looking at a place with more structure.
