Pros
I have been working here just under a year, so I don't know everything about the operational side of things, but the CEO seems to know how to run a business. They are CONSTANTLY hiring new people, so, they must be doing something right. The atmosphere is very easy going, they have soda machines, give you all the energy drinks you can guzzle, they buy you pizza for your birthday, the CEO met me once and 2 months later still knew my name, in a company of almost 400, that is pretty dang good!
Cons
My manager is new at this, has only been a manager 2 weeks longer than I have worked here, so there are some kinks to work through. Talking to other employees, it seems like it is a hit or miss with managers you get along with. The pay is quite a bit lower than what some would expect in similar positions elsewhere, but the extremely flexable hours and the fact that you like to come in to work keep a lot of us here (depending on the department, phone sales for example, you might have stricter hours). For a while, we had no medical, but we got all that a few months back.
