      Pros

      Besides discount and a free spa treatment there really aren't any.

      Cons

      Supervisors and Management literally bully staff. One manager who's "tough" approach to management which is just accepted by all, would literally shout at you on the shop floor. The supervisors don't even make sales even though in every other Lush they're required to. I hope £1 extra in pay is really worth being so rude. Picking favourites is also a huge problem as if you don't make friends with management you're pretty much worthless in their eyes. To sum up the working hierarchy i would have to say - Cliquey, Emotionally abusing and Downright rude

      Discounts, we got 50% off of most items

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
