      Pros

      The care and communication of the staff are the best. When help is needed the company will do the best it can to solve the problem. The freedom compared to other shops is unparalleled. - good pay/staff perks. - good company transparency. - acceptance of all people. - ethical trading.

      Cons

      As the shops are usually high intensity, shifts are reduced to 4 hours to keep a high energy. There can be a problem with short 4 hour shifts as it takes a chunk out of the day. I think people would just prefer to work a longer shift and get paid for it. remembering product codes.

      Discounts, we got 50% off of most items

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
