      Pros

      opportunities to move up within the company, I have already had multiple promotions while working here for two years. great discount and pay rate. Fun work environment. You also earn vacation time and sick leave.

      Cons

      long hours and talking constantly can be difficult. It is a job where a lot is expected of you, no matter what position you are in. You will often get feedback ( Coaching) on what you need to improve upon and if you follow these suggestions, you shouldn't have a problem.

      Discounts, we got 50% off of most items

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
