Promises of amazing bonuses always throughout the year only with our hopes to always be dashed in the last quarter with the old you have to understand the company didn’t do too well. All while managers get 50,000$ bonuses every year upper managers get 5-15 million $$$ dollar bonuses every year year and $300-$400,000 dollars in stocks and last but not least the ceo gets 50 million in bonuses every year year. All for sitting behind a desk doing little to nothing. It’s time the people with boots on the ground doing the work making things happen get compensated accordingly. Also no cost of living raise this year while inflation rises like a kite.
