Good pay and sub-par benefits

Bad leadership and CEO. Promises of amazing bonuses always throughout the year only with our hopes to always be dashed in the last quarter with the old you have to understand the company didn’t do too well. All while managers get 50,000$ bonuses every year upper managers get 5-15 million $$$ dollar bonuses every year year and $300-$400,000 dollars in stocks and last but not least the ceo gets 50 million in bonuses every year year. All for sitting behind a desk doing little to nothing. It’s time the people with boots on the ground doing the work making things happen get compensated accordingly. Also no cost of living raise this year while inflation rises like a kite.

Great experience and well known chemical manufacturing, minimal layoff since org continuously runs lean, in office environment with heavy commute for most

Cons

Lower pay offering versus their competitors in chemical commodities or O&G, long hours expected for salary employees, extremely lean organization
