      Pros

      Many good people remain in the middle management ranks (but they are slowly leaving) Salary and benefits are fair, but shrinking.

      Cons

      Command and control management style. Employee turnover is increasing. Many departments are understaffed. CYA has become more important than doing what is right for the long term future of the company.
