- Take safety very serious, going on 3 yrs without a recordable injury knock on wood - one of the highest paid entry level jobs in area - management and supervisors are very helpful on showing you an advancement path
Cons
- long hours - swing shift - every 6 yrs you lose a summer to a turn around - deal with a lot of nasty carcinagens
