      Reasonable salary, good bonus (though it’s no longer strongly heavily based on your personal performance), good benefits.

      Cons

      Behind the times on remote working. You have to move to Houston if you want to grow your career. Weak management in certain areas that never seem to be addressed and it destroys morale throughout the organization.
