Pros
The company gives you a lot of training from day one! In the first month, I had at least a week work of in class or hands on training. Everyone at work loves their job, and it is a great environment.
Cons
Overall, the interns get the projects that no one else wants to do. This usually means a lot of paperwork or excel type documents. Although you still learn a lot, it is not what I expected as a production engineering intern in a plant.
