      Pros

      Flexible work hours, good team mates, and flexible lunch hour.

      Cons

      Expensive health/dental/vision insurance, confusing holidays, no floating holiday, horrible management, and horrible in office IT person to work with who either takes forever to follow up or at most will forget about your request without any follow up. My manager ignores me as much as he possibly can whenever there's an issue arise.

      Pros

      My training received & experience gained allows me to "float" within the production warehouse. Being a quick learner, I have become quite efficient & enjoy the work.

      Cons

      It's slow, we used to work 50 hours a week, now we work 30, if lucky.
