Pros

Solid insurance package, including free life insurance.

Cons

Dumb, shortsighted decisions by higher-ups. Corporate team only cares about bottom-line. Despite being in hospitality, a business the company refers to as 'the People Business', they show no regard to the humanity of the employees. They sacrifice guest satisfaction in order to employ skeleton crews to reduce expenses. This is all done to make the hotel meet a revenue goal, but the exact target is never given or explained. They also utilize a "parking recapture", where the hotel is marketed as having free parking, but in reality they take a small fee from every guest to further profit off of them. Before booking at a hotel, I would go to mcrhotels.com and make sure that hotel is NOT in their portfolio. They do not deserve a single dime.
