Pros

Nothing spectacular, Get to meet a lot of unique people. Majority of the guests are great and some are awesome!! The pay is market rate, or about a 1$ or .50 cents higher than other hotels or was that a couple of years ago! Get to work alone majority of your shift which is nice.

Cons

No benefits, No Communication. Inconsistent schedules. Too many issues maintenance issues that are left unsolved for years. 10% of the guest's can make you rethink your life choices. Super aggressive and hostile. Management will never DNR disruptive or troublesome guest's for one reason or another. Management will NEVER have your back with any issues which sucks. Was promised yearly raises before getting hired. Almost 24 months later, No Raises!! Management says "We'll not do raises this year" with no further explanation or timeline Incredibly high turnover rate.
