      Very Laid Back Work Culture Lots of time off Some really knowledgable employees

      Top Level Management running the company like headless chickens Lots of bottleneck on the tech side as they are extremely far behind their competitors Slow at modernizing and stingy with funding their tech team Essentially on a downward spiral

      Pros

      Most of the people who worked there. My direct manager was great to work with. Flexible work schedule. Hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      MFS does not pay well. Their salaries are usually the lowest in the industry. The company outsourced our jobs to India just to save money.
