      Pros

      Good benefits and generous bonuses. 35 Hour work week, excellent DCP plan and employees appreciation activities in the Service Center.

      Cons

      Employees need to be empowered to make decisions. Decision making is from top down, not a lot of opportunity to advance in your career. More training programs are needed to keep employees engaged.

      Pros

      Most of the people who worked there. My direct manager was great to work with. Flexible work schedule. Hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      MFS does not pay well. Their salaries are usually the lowest in the industry. The company outsourced our jobs to India just to save money.
