Pros

Fair compensation; MFSers are mostly friendly and helpful

Cons

At the recent company meeting our CEO announced mandatory three days in the office on Tue, Wed and Thu. I personally know 7 employees/contractors who left after the management forced everyone to be in the office 2 days a week. Sadly, only one of them disclosed the true reason for leaving because they wanted to leave on good terms. This latest decree will mean even more talent drain, and our CEO has said loud and clear that he doesn't care about the consequence. All the talk about being "employees focused" is now just corporate nonsense. We were all extremely productive, working fully remote during the pandemic and there was no need to force us back for so many days. This decree shows that our elitist management has no regard for the hardship this will cause for the employees due to commuting time/expenses and child/elder care headaches. This will surely reduce our productivity even more. They started with two days and now three; before you know it, they will take away the WFH option all together. I was thinking this company would be My Final Stop but no longer.
