1. The MD is an evil minded cruel inhuman dictator 2. Literally zero job security. You can get fired anytime without any exolanation, even for getting sick, or even if the MD doesn't like your face. Depends on his mood. 3. You have to fight with the hr and management to even get a sick leave, let alone other allowed leaves. 4. You have to work overtime almost everyday, even on almost each weekend without any pay 5. Your senior management will put the blame of their incompetency on you 6. You will not get most of the government holidays 7. Kind of a career suicide if this is your first job.
