Won't recommend at all - Senior Associate MGO Employee Review

Below average staff/colleagues (most unimpressive people I have met during my time at MGO). Politics and unnecessary negative gossips among most of the colleagues (lack of professionalism on employees part). Poor upper management. Job insecurity (uncertainty regarding the job, mostly layoffs happen in November every year). Micromanagement. Lack of good work/clients. Not appreciated for any clients work done (demotivating work culture).
