Pros
I am working in MSC from last 3-year, best part is they have good product develop by ex-employee (maybe in late 90’s), If you want to send time with playing Table tennis and Foosball then it is best place for you, no work at all, you can spend whole day by watching videos on YouTube . No new project , if you are serious about your career then think twice before joining this company, otherwise its nice place, just join it and spend your whole life by playing carom and Foosball till your retirement, HR are very arrogant same as IT people they even don’t care about your issue related to network.
Cons
No one care about company and employee. Senior manager happy as they frequently get fly to outside India by the way Who cares?. No new project, No research and development kind work, No training HR and IT guys are very arrogant and rude No career growth at all.
