Bad environment and heartless HR policies - Senior Associate MSCI Employee Review

I worked for 12+ years at MSCI however was removed within 2 minutes. Was not allowed to serve notice and my login ID was disabled within 5 minutes of layoff announcement. Even exit checklist was not provided even after repeated request. Unprofessional approace and immature HR people are given to handle layoff. MSCI does not treat people well once they decide to layoff.
