      Pros

      The ESG industry is here to stay, and companies that are able to capitalize on this paradigm shift will be very robust. MSCI has a good package overall, with standard benefits.

      Cons

      Workload could get overwhelming real quick. You have to be very self driven and independent to succeed here. This is not really a nice place if you are a fresh graduate.
