Terrible - Anonymous employee MVM Employee Review

I am glad that you found the work you were doing at MVM fulfilling. As you know, providing law enforcement support is a 24/7 operation, which can mean that at times our staff performs services outside of standard business hours. As a company, we’ve worked hard to ensure that employees have flexible scheduling options when possible so that they maintain a healthy work-life balance. Further, we do want employees to speak their minds, and encourage feedback on a regular basis – in fact, many of our internal best practices originated from suggestions made by our employees. We pride ourselves in having an open and collaborative work environment where employees can succeed and grow, which they have – the majority of our current first line and upper-level managers started out in a non-managerial position at MVM and were promoted from within to more advanced positions.
