      Zero work / life balance. You must be available at all times with zero flexibility. Managent talks down to employees. Favoritism You must keep busy at all times. Managemt does not like to see you taking any breaks. Sweatshop. Employees are given no freedom. Salary is very low for areas with high cost of living.
