      Great pay and I loved the job.

      Cons

      There could be months of work and then all of a sudden no work. When there is work they expect you to have open availability and full time. Also, don't expect much growth. There is no raises unless a lead position opens up but it is rare.

      if you like shift work it’s not really a con, but if you don’t like shift work it’s something you should take into consideration.
