      Pros

      Coworkers were great and teamwork was real here. Management was too, and promoted growth within the team.

      Cons

      Work level in the industry wasn't really consistent, the busy periods had us overloaded for the team size.

      Pros

      Good people, good insurance. Toxic management.

      Cons

      bait and switch removing of hybrid work model. CEO out of touch, Says decision is because field employees work 5 days, Ignoring that field employees signed up for that, Corp office employees didn't. C-suite simply doesn't care. Laughably small raises.

      Good benefits for the most part besides taking away the hybrid model.

      Cons

      Going into work full time for no reason to sit in an ugly office cubicle.
