Pros

Non I couldn’t find any pros at riddle

Cons

To me a bad hospital to work at ! Especially for African American women. As a nursing student and seeing only like 5-9 black nurses at the entire hospitals as disturbing as well.

Hello. We regret to hear that you felt this way during your time with us. We take these comments very seriously, as Main Line Health is committed to creating a culture that recruits and embraces all employees, regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation or religion. Our commitment to creating a culture of equity and respect spurred the launch of our Diversity, Respect and Inclusion initiative in 2013. This initiative creates the foundation for fostering a Culture of Respect where everyone at Main Line Health feels valued—including our employees, physicians and volunteers. A culture of Diversity, Respect & Inclusion is embedded within MLH. We have committed to increasing diversity among staff and leadership, and all employees receive mandatory DR&I training to better understand and serve their colleagues, patients and community. Additionally, hospital and System-level DR&I steering committees offer our employees the opportunity to become more involved in this initiative and learn more about different cultures, backgrounds and lifestyles. Like our patients, the Main Line Health team encompasses a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. Just as each of our patients requires a personalized care plan, each of our employees, physicians, and volunteers, bring distinctive talents to Main Line Health to make it the best place to give and receive care.

Lack of transparency regarding shift expectations during the hiring process. Work-life balance can be challenging, especially for employees with families. Scheduling and communication with new hires could be improved. Promised opportunities and timelines may not align with the reality of the position.
