Mambu takes care of the general work culture for most employees. Good benefits including health insurance, 4DWW etc. Talented employees in general under the tall poppies.
Cons
Absolutely clueless leadership and unstable strategy! Everyone in between Eugene and the general employees (middle management) are absolutely useless. Extremely egoistic and macho attitude which doesn’t contribute to business or growth in any way. Cannot stick to any strategy for more than 6 months! Constant changes in market strategies cause employees to feel the instability and cannot deliver on any goals. Fake and insincere promises by the middle managers to fix things but absolutely do not believe them. Many roles are created and shuffled around without any clear vision. Commercial org is infested with egoistic leadership. Absolute disregard for the actual talent or what they can contribute.
